Delivery Information

  1. Lead Time

Our standard delivery time for customised furniture products is around 5-8 weeks whereas delivery for in-stock items can be scheduled within 7 days after order confirmation.

  1. Outlying islands

The delivery service does not extend to outlying islands. However, we are more than happy to transport the goods to piers for you where you have organised sea transportation arrangements and are responsible for load/ unloading. 

 

  1. Delivery Scheduling

Our delivery service is provided from Mon to Sat (except Sunday and public holidays) between 10am to 8pm. We will contact you to schedule the delivery once your order is ready to ship. The scheduling date and time is arranged according to our delivery route and cannot be specified.  

 

  1. Rescheduling of delivery

If for any reason you are unable to take receipt of the delivery, please contact us via phone +852 2338 3661or whatsapp +852 5208 2323 to reschedule the delivery before 6:00 pm one day before the previously agreed delivery date. Otherwise, an additional delivery fee of $300 will be charged. 

 

  1. Additional surcharges

  •  Staircase walk-up:  $100 per carton/piece every floor (every 1 to 10 steps would regard as one floor)

  • Delivery building or spot being too far away from unloading point (at which 5.5 tons truck can reach):  $150 for the first 50 to 100 metres per carton/ piece and $50 for every 100 metres onward.

  • Fail to answer the door to take receipt of delivery: additional $300 for rescheduling.

  • Please ensure there is no obstruction that limits our delivery team from moving the products (such as objects which can block the doorway or hallway). Additionally charge would be incurred if a heavy object is required to be removed by our team. 

 

  1. Severe Weather Conditions

Our delivery service will be suspended under severe weather conditions such as when typhoon no.8 or above and black rainstorm warning is in effect. We will contact you immediately if we have suspended our delivery service and rearrange delivery with you.
