Terms and Conditions

  1. Once your order has been confirmed and placed, we do not accept any cancellations and amendments to your order though you are qualified for our warranty and return guarantee. Please see here for more details. 
  2. You should pay the remaining balance upon completion of delivering and installation of your products in Cash only, we do not accept cheque payment. 
  3. Please inspect your products upon delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, please communicate with our delivery team immediately. Any declaration for damaged or faulty products after delivery does not apply to our return policy. 
  4. Due to the handmade nature of all our furniture products, all upholstery products dimensions are within a 3cm tolerance and 1.5cm tolerance for all other furniture products. 
  5. All dimensions are measured at the widest, deepest and highest points.
  6. Colour and pattern of colour samples are only for reference, the final products might not match perfectly. KOS Home should not be held responsible for any colour or pattern differences. Please note that each wood and stone piece we use for our products has a uniquely different pattern

  8. All order confirmations are subject to the final decision of KOS Home Ltd. In case of any dispute, KOS Home Ltd. reserves the right to the final decision.
