Return Policy and Warranty 

No quibble return

At KOS home, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture products. On account of this, we are proud to offer you a 14 days satisfaction guarantee. If you feel that our product is unsuitable, you can contact us to return or exchange it within 14 days. 

To be eligible for no quibble return, the item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived and packaged in its original packaging. There is a collection fee if you wish to return or exchange the item and any transaction cost incurred i.e. credit card charge by card payment company cannot be refunded.

We however cannot return customisation or made-to-order items. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Warranty sections for the after-sales services we offer for upholstery products.

Damaged or Faulty upon receipt

We will deal with any product that is defective or any damage during transit, please report to our delivery staff and we will arrange repair, replacement or exchange for you at no cost. 


  • We offer 1 Full Year structural warranty for all our products commencing from the day of delivery receipt.. 
  • Our structural guarantee for upholstery & sofas covers 1.) spring breakage 2.) Wood breakage 3).Loose Joints 
  • Our structural guarantee for all other furniture products covers any defects in workmanship and mechanical parts such as hinges, joints and handles.
  • Our warranty does not cover the following:
  1. Fabrics and Leather
  2. Ageing or damage due to wear and tear of materials 
  3. Damage due to human misuse or  accident 
  4. Any Glass component
  5. Product that has been repaired and modified or initially installed by customers
  6. Furniture that has been stored in harsh conditions such as direct exposure to sunlight
